Bread By Us


Please call in orders to 613-422-5300 during regular business hours. We appreciate your co-operation in respecting our order policy (see below).
Orders sent via email or social media cannot be filled.

Orders should be called in no later than noon the day before you require your order. For example, if you are picking up an order on Saturday, you must place your order before noon on Friday.

Our ordering policy helps us plan our production, reduces waste, and helps keeps the shop organized. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that some requests require more advanced notice to prepare, so more notice might be required. This includes, but is not limited to, ciambelle, full trays of topped focaccia, pastry orders exceeding a certain size, and more. We will always strive to fill your order, within reasonable limitations.

Some examples of custom orders:

  • slider buns

  • large pastry orders

  • bite-sized pastries, including croissants, scones, and cookies

  • full trays of focaccia

  • vegan ciabatta buns (burger buns, sliders, dinner rolls)

  • catered brown bag lunches, complete with sandwiches, drinks, and sides

Wholesale & Restaurant Orders

We are happy to be working with some wonderful restaurants and cafes in and around the city. 

Being a small batch bakery focused on high quality bread and pastries, we have chosen to limit our wholesale distribution in order to maintain our quality standards.

If you are a restaurant that would like to order bread from us, please call us during regular business hours at 613-422-5300.
